This is the place where you can learn how we part company.  Goodbye’s can be hard for anyone. It’s tough enough to end most things in life without having your website being another difficult goodbye. That’s why we thought about goodbye before thought about hello. It’s goodbye DONE DIFFERENTLY.

Don’t you just hate it when you sign up online to a service and they are quick to have you join but, its difficult to leave? With Pay Monthly Websites we see the world differently. We believe you should put thought into everything and make things simple.

That’s why we have made cancelling your services with us easier than joining. Its not that we don’t want new clients. We just want to make sure we have the time needed to bring new clients on board. We have made it simple to cancel, not because we want you to go. No, We believe in your right to choose and freedom to leave.

Rights To Cancel

We see your rights as yours. We have no right to question you if you want to cancel. If you cancel, its upto us to learn what we may have done wrong and why we could not have done more to keep you in the family.

We make 3 promises when you cancel.

  1. We will never ask you why your cancelling our services or where you’re going.

  2. We will never try to make you stay with us, we believe in freedom.

  3. Your domain, your website and your content is always yours.

How To Cancel?

Send us an email with the word CANCEL in the subject line. We will then send a confirmation back to you. Once you have replied, your cancelation will begin within 24 hours.

  1. Your account billing will stop immediately.

  2. We will then remove all our software, code and themes that are ours from your website.

  3. We will then back up your website and make it available for you to download.

  4. We will need to know where you want your domain name released to.

  5. Our timeline for full cancellation is 3 working days but no more than 5 working days.

  6. Cancellations cannot not be reversed once they have started.

  7. Cancelling in the first 366 days, make sure you ask us for all you money back. In the first 366 days your covered by our “Leap Year Guarantee”.

What Happens Once You Have Gone?

We will look at what we could have done better to keep you. We will ask our selfs a series of questions.

Did we do something wrong? Is our support working as it should? Is our value not enough? What can we do to improve? Could we have done something earlier? Did we miss anything?

These will be just a few of the questions we will ask ourselves because we view our clients as partners and not just a number.

Privacy After You Cancel

We will never intentionally send you any emails. We will never intentionally add your email to any email database. We will never sell, share or distribute any of your data.

Some of your data may need to be kept for the purposes of accounting and tax. When we don’t need it, it will be gone.

If you are on one of our email newsletters, hit the UNSUBSCRIBE link in that email and we magically vanish.

If you follow us on our socials and never want to see us again, its upto you to unfollow our feeds wherever we are popping up.
