To cancel, just send us the three words we gave you when you signed up.
1. The Confirmation.
We'll send a security check to your registered mobile or email. Reply YES and we’ll start your account closure. If we don’t receive a reply, no changes will be made.
2. Fast Switch-Off & Full Refund.
Once you confirm, we'll back up your website, then switch it off within one working day. Refunds are calculated from the time of your request, not from when we see it. We'll confirm everything in writing on our next working day.
Our working days are Mon–Fri, 12 noon to 8pm.
Pay Monthly: We'll refund the current month, whether you've just started it or a new bill's due tomorrow.
Black Friday/Pre-paid: We'll refund the current month plus all unused pre-paid months.
3. Your Assets Are Yours.
Ownership: Your domain name and website are yours to take with you, anytime you wish. We’ll provide the transfer codes whenever you’re ready.
12-Month Safety Net: We keep a full backup of your site for 12 months after cancellation. If you change your mind or need your files later, we’ve got them ready for you.
