Getting Things Moving.
Payment.
You picked your plan on the call. Now pick how you pay. Card or Direct Debit. Billing starts on day one, because so do we.
Once you have paid, we will be working for you and starting with these things first.
Your Domain.
We register it in your name. Yours from day one. Already have a domain name? You can keep it as is, or let us manage it for you. Either way, if it's with us we cover the renewal every year.
Your Portal.
Where your website gets built. Send content, message us, get support, pause your project.
Your Account.
Where your money lives. Payment methods, invoices, receipts.
Staging.
The website we built from your pitch moves onto our servers, ready to work on. The link is in your portal.
It's now real. Your website is in the project stage. Check your email for portal access. Your account login will be there too.
What do I need for my website?
Build it yourself or pay thousands for it, every website needs these four things. The sooner we have them, the sooner you're live.
Your words.
Your own words keep your website sounding like you, so they're always best. Stuck? We'll draft it and you tell us what we got wrong.
Logo and graphics.
A logo keeps you recognisable, and it's a small part of your brand. Got one? Send it over. No logo? We'll work without one and you can add it later. Send any other graphics too, trade bodies, accreditations, anything you display.
Colours.
Know your colours? Send them over. If not, keep what's on your site for as long as it suits you.
Logins.
Anything your website needs to plug into. Live reviews, booking systems, a shop, your socials. We'll ask for these in the portal when we need them, so there's nothing to dig out now.

WHEN?
When Will What Happen?
Pause and the clock pauses with you. Come back in a fortnight and you've still got the same days left.
Pause. Life happens. Pause your project once, for up to 30 days. We won't ask you for anything while it's paused, and we'll pause your billing too. Tell us in your portal when you're ready to go again.
Need a bit longer? Just say. No reason needed, ever. If we hear nothing at all we'll chase you before anything changes, and you can read exactly what happens next in our offboarding process.
