CDN. Sounds like a medical condition. It's not. It just means your website loads fast wherever your customers are.

DNS. The reason your website exists on the internet. You never need to think about it again.

Price Promise.

The price you see is the price you pay when you join. Your core monthly fee stays fixed unless:

• You choose to change plans, or

• We give advance notice of future price increases.

All extras are clearly priced before you agree to them.

We don't hide fees.
No creeping costs.
Any upgrades are chosen by you.

If we spot a way to save you money, we’ll tell you.

On Time Promise.

If we agree a deadline in writing, we meet it. Missed deadlines cost businesses more than money, reputations are lost.

Website design is collaborative.

Timelines depend on timely communication from both sides.

We respond to service-related messages within 24 working hours during business hours (12:00–20:00, Monday to Friday).

Clear deadlines. Clear communication.

So ensure you always work together to meet any agreed deadline.  

No Upsell Promise.

We don’t pressure clients to buy more. If we recommend something, it supports your stated goals.

And it’s always optional.

You stay in control of plan changes and additional services. We have not built a way to sell to you and these promises ensure we never can.

No Pester Promise.

We don’t send unsolicited marketing. Just because we have your contact details does not give us the right to start calling you and spamming your inbox.

We don’t cold call.

We contact you only to:

• Deliver your services

• Provide billing information

• Communicate policy updates

• Respond to your enquiries

• Notify you of matters affecting your account

If we are silent, it's a good thing.  We only reach out when it's needed.  You have client portal for everything to do with your website.

If we fail to meet any one of these five promises, and you let us know, we will make it right.

We will:

• Give you next month free, your entire bill will be no pounds and no pence. 
• Plus you choose a £50 gift card or a £50 donation to charity.

So treat yourself or support a cause you're passionate about. No drama. Just tell us.

How to Claim Guaranteed Happy.

Guaranteed Happy isn’t a loophole, it’s a standard. No claim forms here. If we break any one of these 5 promises and you don't notice, we will tell you.

If there’s ever disagreement about what happened, we’ll work it out fairly and transparently.

To avoid embarrassment we will put it right in 5 working days.

Not a Reward Scheme.

Guaranteed Happy is not a loyalty scheme or a perk system. It’s a genuine service commitment for when we fall short.

It exists to keep service consistent, fair, and human, not perfect. So if we fall short of these standards, make sure you hold our feet to the fire.

This isn’t a checklist. It’s our philosophy, values, and standards rolled into one. It’s a guarantee that starts on day one and stays with you for as long as you are with us.
