  • Your domain name and website are always yours.

  • If you cancel within the first 366 days, make sure you cancel through our Leap Year Guarantee.
    (You’ll find the form at the bottom of the Leap Year Guarantee page.)

  • Outside of the Leap Year Guarantee, we do not offer refunds, credits, or cash value.

Let’s Get Your Account Cancelled

Complete the form below. Within 24 hours, the following will happen:

  • All payment methods will be cancelled.

  • Your website and all related services will stop.

  • Related services include hosting, email accounts, and any Go Further extras you’ve chosen.

If you’re unable to use this form for any reason, you can email us at goodbye@paymonthlywebsites.com and we’ll take it from there.

Your Domain Name

Once your payment method has been cancelled, you’ll need to do one of the following:

  • Transfer your domain name to a new provider, where you’ll take over any annual renewal costs.

  • Leave your domain name with us to expire if you no longer need it.

If you’d like help transferring your domain, just let us know.

Confirmation Step

We’ll always send a confirmation message to your registered mobile number or email address.

Simply reply YES, and we’ll start your account closure process.

If we don’t receive a reply, no changes will be made.
