Who owns my domain name?

You do. From day one. It’s registered in your name and you can move it whenever you like. We don’t own it. We never will.

Who owns my website?

You do. Your content, your design, your website. It’s built for you and it belongs to you.

What happens if I cancel? (Goodbye Made Easy)

We call it Goodbye Made Easy. If you decide to leave, we don’t believe in “notice periods” or awkward phone calls.

How to do it: Send us the three-word security phrase we gave you when you signed up. You can WhatsApp us at 0161 938 1234 or Email goodbye@paymonthlywebsites.com.
Confirmation: We’ll send a security check to your registered mobile/email. Reply YES to confirm.
Switch-Off: Your site will be taken offline within 1 working day (Mon–Fri, 12pm–8pm).
Your Refund: We refund the full month you have just started. If you’re on a Black Friday deal, we refund the current month plus all unused pre-paid months.
Your Assets: Your domain name and website files are yours to keep. If you want to move them to a new provider, just ask—we’ll provide the transfer codes for free.
The Safety Net: We keep a full backup of your site for 12 months, just in case you ever want to come back.

Are there any contracts or minimum terms?

No. You pay monthly. You can cancel any time. We are about value not legal lock-ins.

What's the difference between Grass Roots and Build & Grow?

Grass Roots is a one page website with up to 5 sections. Perfect for getting started without overthinking it. Build & Grow is a multi page website with landing pages, strategy sessions, and room to grow properly. Did you know, we have a Pricing page that explains our two prices in detail?

What's a landing page?

A focused page built to do one job well, whether that’s supporting an advert, targeting a specific area, or highlighting a single service.

What's the 366 Day Guarantee?

Do I need to provide my own content?

Ideally, yes. It’s your business and your website should reflect your ideas, your experience, and how your industry works. Nobody knows that better than you. But don’t worry about making it perfect — we’ll help shape it so it reads well and sounds like you, not a web company.

How do I get support?

Same way you contacted us in the first place. Email, WhatsApp, or phone. No tickets, no chatbots, no portals. Just a real person who knows you, your business, and your website. Can I make changes to my website after it's built?

Whenever you like. Send us the changes and we handle it. We back everything up before and after, so nothing gets lost. Websites should change over time and stay a true reflection of your business, what you do and what you offer. It’s sad to see an unloved website.

How do I pay?

Monthly at the standard price, quarterly and save 10%, or yearly and save 50%. Your choice, no pressure. We call it Black Friday, Every Friday. Did you know, we have a page that explains Black Friday in full colour. (Well, it’s Black and White, just like the rest of our website.)

Is there a setup fee?
