You pay for a service. If you want to stop, we refund what you haven't used. That's it. We call it Your Money Back, it's a refund policy made easy.
1. What you get back.
Pay Monthly: The full month you've just started.
Black Friday/Pre-paid: The current month, plus all unused pre-paid months.
Day 1 or day 30, you get the whole month back. No cancellation fees. No exit fees.
2. When you get it.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 working days of us confirming your cancellation.
Your refund is calculated from the moment you send your cancellation, not when we see it. Send it Friday night, we see it Monday, your refund still counts from Friday.
3. Your domain & website.
Both are yours. When you cancel, but you will have decide what to do with your domain. You can:
Keep it with us. We'll keep renewing it each year and you pay the annual renewal fee.
Transfer it to another provider. We'll help.
Let it expire. Do nothing and it lapses naturally.
Domain renewal fees already paid to the registry are non-refundable.
Your website backup is held for 12 months after cancellation. Just ask if you need it.
