Our refund policy is probably the best refund policy in the world.

We keep this simple. You pay for a service. If you want to stop, we refund what you haven’t used yet. That’s it.

How refunds work

We refund the full month you’re currently in. Plus any unused pre-paid months.

That’s it. Day 1 or day 30—doesn’t matter. You get the whole month back.

Pay monthly services

Cancel anytime. You get the full month you’re in refunded. No charges for next month.

Black Friday prepaid offers

On a yearly or quarterly Black Friday plan? Same rules apply. You get the full month you’re in refunded, plus a refund for all unused prepaid time.

Pay £600 for the year at 50% off, then cancel in month 6? You get month 6 back, plus the 6 unused months refunded.

What stops when you cancel

All services—your website, email, hosting, everything—stops within hours of your cancellation request.

Your domain name

Your domain is yours. Here’s what you can do:

Keep it with us – we’ll continue renewing it each year and you pay the annual renewal fee. You still own it.

Transfer it – take it to another provider and manage it yourself. We’ll help with the transfer.

Let it expire – do nothing and it expires naturally. We won’t renew it.

Tell us what you want to do when you cancel. If you don’t tell us, we’ll ask.

If you find a better refund policy, let us know on the above email. We checked over 500 web design companies. Most did not offer any refunds and even less had a policy for refunds. We are all ears, always.
